Well Great Turnout this Tuesday morning for a free workout, we even had a few new faces to me.. but they have been there before. Was great to see everyone this morning and meet some new faces, that will be joining the Newnan camp this month. I think all the warmer weather we are gonna have A LOT more new faces, I am so EXCITED!!!
Instructors, WOW!!! ALOT of Great new exercises this morning, some took a lot of thought and coordination, which that early in the morning I dont have very much of....but they were AWESOME!!!
Great job to all and remember to stretch it out today...
