Terrific Tuesday, Day Two

OKay so Terrific Tuesday turned into I think I might die Tuesday....
I have never worked as hard as I did this morning!! One thing I had to remind myself this morning was I CAN DO THIS!! Commando Sprints are BRUTAL, but MAN I LOVE THEM!!
When you work out so hard you are not sure if you are about to hurl or fall out, you know you have pushed beyond your limits and OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!!!
I am so proud of ALL OF YOU CAMPERS this morning, WAY TO PUSH IT OUT!!!
Scott, I think you have it in for me this month, but continue to keep up the great job all you instructors!!
This is WHAT WE SIGNED UP AND PAID FOR!!!
RESULTS!!!
Argue your limitations....Pain is temporary, Quitting is forever...
I will not QUIT!!!
