Just Breathe...it's easier said than done....
I have anxiety really bad, to the point I would literally fall out and people would think I am having a heart attack because I could not breathe. People who have asthma understand this fear, as we all have some sort of fear, mine is falling out in an anxiety attack. I have grown to learn that if I control my breathing in certain situations, I can control my anxiety. It is not easy, especially when you are working out with a bunch of people you do not know, doing things you do not have a clue how to do, and about to choke to death because you have no idea how to breathe. Then you realize, everyone else is struggling just as bad as you are. Picture yourself smelling the roses in your neighbors yard and blowing out the candles on your best friends birthday cake when you really should call the fire department. These are the moments you need to just BREATHE already...
Some of us count to help breathe, some sing Journey....others well they are just others...giggles...
What I am trying to say is you have to figure out what works for you, but trust me once you figure it out, the rest will come a lot easier....JUST BREATHE ALREADY!!
