What a GREAT turnout this morning for a REST day?
I am so impressed at how many folks actually rolled out of bed and decided to come on out to try the Yasso 800!!!
Great warm up!! Great push by ALL!!!!
I am so stoked at the movtivation everyone had to push through this morning after the commando sprints yesterday!!
Just when you think you do not have it in you to get up one more day, you DO!!
Showing up is half the battle, pushing out of that comfort zone is easier once you show up!!
I am so very proud of each and every one of you for SHOWING up this morning and PUSHING BEYOND YOUR LIMITS!!!
You all did AMAZING!!!
