Gentlemen:
I want to share with you guys about my experience with Operation Bootcamp. I had been quiet up to now because Monsour said that if I kept my mouth closed I would loose weight ....... and because today was the last day of my first 30 days. Thus, I have real numbers to share.
In 30 days I
- cut my 1 mile run time by 24% to 9m33s and, more importantly, did not puke my guts out the second time. (Do not worry about the puking part, that only happens if you are in my kind of shape).
- doubled the number of push-ups
- doubled the number of tricep dips
- considerably improved sit ups
- lost an incredible amount of weight (cannot disclose the exact number because Matt would get discouraged).
- increased my bowling score by close to 80 points
I know that 5:15 sounds crazy, but even crazier is the number of folks that are out at that time exercising. I figured it was going to be David, me and 3 or 4 more people, but the group is really between 20 and 30 fun people (yup, even at that time, jokes are going back and forth). Also, after one or two days, you are not tired during the day, so Op Bootcamp does not interfere at all with your important commitments like poker and bowling.
So, against team Meatball’s interests, if you are considering, you should really try it. The results are pretty amazing.
