Great turnout for Operation Boot Camp this morning, to a new month and new start. It never fails to amaze me the will power we all have if we truly reach deep inside. You can do anything you set your mind to do...I have learned so much through this program and have figured out truly what MIND OVER MATTER really means, you can sike yourself out and tell yourself you cannot do this, but the minute you do, YOUR DONE!! You can also tell yourself YOU CAN DO THIS!!! What the turning point for most of us is realizing we TRULY CAN DO THIS!!!
I am so excited to watch all the results we are going to have this month, as well as my own. I have set my standards very high this month, but I know I will come through on top..through hard work and dedication, I CAN DO THIS!!!
I know I truly have lost my mind...but I keep you all wondering whats next..
