20 20 20

20 20 20...What exactly does this mean?
Well I will not reveal the details only because it has to be my MOST FAVORITE routine we do. I can only tell you this, because of 20 20 20 I have been able to continually get faster and faster with each 5k race I have done. This pushes you to the limit when you think you cannot go any further, you are able to pull out another 10-15 %.
This Thursday is bring a friend day at Operation Boot Camp, you come on out and I will be glad to share with you what 20 20 20 means....if you are so brave....
