Throw it down Thursday

What an AMAZING workout this morning....
You know you are working hard when the wet ground underneath you feels like your laying in a swimming pool to cool off.....NO JOKES.....(I mean it)....But we truly worked hard this morning on those sprints, the duck walks....UGH....(I was struggling with those)...the bear crawls...the karoake...the back pedalling....all in all was a GREAT WORKOUT!!
Even though John seems to think Herb and I cheat...is okay...giggles...
Think Herb and I will have to carry John around the next time... I just want you all to know how hard your pushing and it really shows. Each and every day that you wake up and bring yourself to Boot Camp is a new day for each of you to be proud of...It is so much easier to lay in bed and say, " I will go tomorrow" Every day counts....every day your there matters...the days you miss only hurt yourself, and trust me you will know when you miss and try to come back, its almost like starting all over again.
So let's all try to get up and get to Boot Camp everyday this month!!
All you have to lose is weight!!!
