What a way to start off the week, late on Monday...for a crazy day all around and now today tied up Tuesday....Great centipede workout...
So proud of everyone this morning for pushing out of that comfort zone and not stopping when you felt like it. Everyone today did such a great job and you all have so much to be proud of starting off week two.
Thanks to all the instructors today for hanging in with us as well!!
