Well what a great run this morning!! Those of you who decided to get out of bed and join us this morning it was an AWESOME run!! Those of you who decided to stay in bed TRULY MISSED OUT!!! I am proud to say that when I started running with this group, I thought I was never gonna be able to keep up. The motto is NO ONE LEFT BEHIND, and it is so TRUE!! I just really felt bad being so far behind everytime I came out, so I continued to try harder to run farther each and every week, then came the pace. I am proud to say I am not as fast as the speed demons and the gazelles but I am holding my own and if I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!!!
I have never enjoyed running and had no desire to ever do it, however now I have found that it truly is great therapy...You should try it!! Running IS cheaper than therapy...giggles
