I started OBC back in October of 2009. I've seen great improvement in my strength, endurance, and health. Lower blood pressure and lost pounds have been great results for the hard work. Moving past the physical benefits for a moment, one of the greatest areas of growth for me since beginning the workouts has been the change in my emotional health. Improved confidence, concentration, lower stress, better sleep, stronger immune system, and a more positive outlook on life.

It takes courage to show up at 5:15AM and workout. The instructor team will encourage and push you to do your best. I've often said that if you can accomplish the work at OBC, you can conquer amazing things in your life. Now let's go take on that next challenge...
