Beyond your limits

You decide you need to make changes in your life,
You decide you will check this thing out, operation boot camp, & see what all the hype is about...
You set your alarm with great intentions and get in the bed having no idea what lies ahead of you for the next month.
Your clock goes off and you totally think "what was I thinking? Are you serious, I really have to get up this morning? Is this something I really want to be doing?"
You crawl out of bed and proceed to get dressed, half asleep and think you have totally lost your mind to be out this early.
You arrive to a parking lot full of so many cheerful people first thing in the morning and wonder: WHY ARE YOU SO HAPPY THIS EARLY?
Its time to begin...
You realize we all get up early in the morning for the same reason...to see you reach beyond your limits!!
As we get in a routine of life.. we get comfortable with being unhappy or overweight and its easy, its comfortable....or so we think...
So we make changes in our eating habits, our water intake, our sleeping habits...and several other things...
As you wake up each and every morning after the first day, you may or may not think it gets easier...you may hate being up that early...but I do know you feel better after you have decided to make the choice to show up!!
Showing up is 80%, you get there, we make it fun, well you may want to kill us some days but you do it while laughing!!
The first day you give your very best !!!
After four weeks you have struggled & pushed beyond your limits, out of that comfort zone...
And off you go!!!
You come across that finish line and the look on your face, the smile when you cannot even breathe, sweat running down your face, everyone cheering you on, and YOU DID IT!!!
You went beyond your limits and YOU FINISHED!!!! YOU DID IT!!!
Congratulations to all of the campers for pushing way beyond your limits and all your hard work has paid off!!!
YOU ALL have so much to be proud of, and have pushed really hard!!
I am truly blessed to have met each and every one of you!!
I hope to see you all back next month!!
