Each month I'm reminded about the challenges we all face in reaching our health and fitness goals. Whether it's work, injuries, kids, or any number of things, there is almost always something that makes getting in shape difficult. Usually getting started is the hardest part. Once you make the commitment and fight through the challenge, the next challenge is easier, because you already know how to deal with the adversity. Those who decide not to give up and push through the adversity reach their goals and in many cases blow them out of the water. Are you going to be someone who rises to the occasion and do what it takes or will you let an excuse prevent you from achieving your goals?
