Terrific Thursday

Good morning Campers and Instructors!!
What an amazing workout this morning!! The weather is getting warmer and its getting time for Bathing Suit season, and what a great workout to get us ready...Guys and gals...not that I care to see the speedo guys....HA HA....
I just want you all to remember to drink plenty of water with this weather getting warmer you are sweating more during the workouts and losing a lot of water, so you must remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!! It does help with the soreness as well, and remember your goals, your almost finished with the first week and you are all DOING GREAT!!!
I am so proud of all of you for pushing through it even when you feel like quitting, you still find the will to continue....I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU ALL!!!
ALSO, Remember to stretch throughtout the day as well, you can never stretch enough, in the shower, while at work do some calves raises, toe raises, squats, do whatever you can to stretch throughout the day!!!
Remember pain is temporary, Quitting is forever...
Quitting is not an option!!!
